If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of these provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if these terms and conditions had not included the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision.

9. Applicable Law

The Site and its content are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes relating thereto are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
